The Service

Damien Joyce Pty Ltd (ABN 00 000 000 000) is a licensed bookmaker regulated by Racing NSW under the Racing Administration Act 1998 (NSW), operating at damienjoyce.com. Our operations comply with the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth) and the National Consumer Protection Framework for Online Wagering in Australia.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age — verified at registration and periodically thereafter
• You must be physically located in Australia at the time of wagering
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order through BetStop or any state/territory register
• Only one account per person is permitted — duplicates will be merged or closed
• Employees of Damien Joyce Pty Ltd and immediate family members are not eligible to wager

Account Registration & Verification

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. We are required by law to verify your identity (KYC) before processing withdrawals. You must supply documents promptly when requested. Failure to verify within 30 days of a withdrawal request may result in suspension of wagering privileges. We reserve the right to freeze funds pending KYC or AML investigations.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Betting Rules

• All bets are binding once confirmed — bets cannot be cancelled or amended after submission
• We reserve the right to limit stake sizes, suspend markets or void bets in cases of manifest error, fraud, integrity concerns or regulatory direction
• In-play betting is available on selected events per the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth)
• Winnings are credited upon official settlement of the relevant event
• Maximum payout per event may be capped — caps are displayed on the relevant market
• In any dispute, the outcome determined by the relevant governing body (AFL, NRL, Racing NSW, etc.) is final

Promotions & Bonus Bets

All promotions are subject to specific Terms on the promotion page. Bonus bets are non-withdrawable; only winnings derived from bonus bets may be withdrawn. Bonus bets expire 7 days after issue unless stated otherwise. Promotion abuse — including multiple accounts claiming the same offer — will result in forfeiture and may result in account closure.

Prohibited Conduct

• Arbitrage betting, matched betting or systematic exploitation of pricing discrepancies
• Using bots, scripts or automated software to place bets or gain unfair advantage
• Using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic or self-exclusion restrictions
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Any conduct that compromises the integrity of sporting events or racing
• Money laundering, fraud or any other criminal activity conducted through our platform

Violation may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement.

All content on damienjoyce.com — including brand name, logo, odds data, software and imagery — is owned by or licensed to Damien Joyce Pty Ltd. Reproduction or commercial use without written consent is prohibited.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales. Disputes are subject to NSW courts. Contact [email protected] before commencing proceedings — we will attempt resolution within 30 days. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to Racing NSW.
